WebYes it’s legal. Basically all you need to do is download the .txt file of the patch & Borderlands Community Mod Manager. Use BLCMM to activate the console & configure the patch as you want. Then when you get in game, open up the console and type in exec (whatever the name of your patch file is).txt then it should work. WebIt is a long farm to undertake but 1 in every 125 shams is perfect on avg. Multiple drop a month. But yes, perfects are quite rare in general. Some of them are fairly easy, 1 hr avg for perfect dpuh, 6 hrs for perfect Orphan Maker. Others are hard or straight-up impossible. But you don't need perfect gear ever.
