WebFixing a rare crash if using malformed printer definition files (not supplied with Cura, but sometimes people mod those). Fix issue with underextrusion after pausing the print with some g-code flavours. Show which items are being restored while restoring a back-up. Show warning if restoring back-ups fails. WebJan 7, 2024 · Make sure you have killed every copy of CuraEngine and Slicer Engine for cura in task manager Delete all of the files in the %appdata% and other directories Now start the application. Same deal if you uninstall you need to make sure that the C:\Program Files (x86) folder is gone before re-installing.

WebOct 20, 2024 · Latest version of Cura 4.6.1 still crashes intermittently. Sometimes it will be while using it. Other times if I leave I alone for a while. My hunch is the ASUS motherboard. I have two Ryzen systems in house and I have not noticed the same behaviour on the other one. The one that so far seems ok has a Ryzen 3700 with an aorus MB in it. Since you don't have that application installed, we are going to have to diagnose other reasons for Cura crashing. WebJul 12, 2024 · Posted July 11, 2024 · Cura 4.1 Crashing at Startup. I had an issue last night where Cura wouldn’t start (Windows 10, mostly up-to-date). There was a reboot pending to finish installing Windows updates. Cura would not show even its splash screen, but Cura.exe was in task manager under background processes.
