WebHi. I have a lump on the tube that leads to my left testicle. I think it may be getting bigger. It feels a bit 'squidgy' and is currently about the size of a small grape. There isn't one on the tube that leads to my right testicle. WebIt seems to move around, but it feels kind of firm and asymmetrical which is really concerning to me. It’s on the back side of the testicle where there are a lot of veins if that makes sense. The same area on the other testicle feels less veiny and isn’t hard. I’m really worried that it could be testicular cancer
