You can modify townies' looks with the Sim Blender, IIRC, but it won't change their genetics. IIRC, you can import them into Body Shop, and do it there. If you don’t like to play with townies, this ‘hood is not for you. There are a total of 580 Sims in this ‘hood – including playables, townies, and NPCs. Now you too can have MAXIMUM MAXIS LORE.
