They've pushed WOTC too far. Interesting thing about that letter is, WotC didn’t have ongoing and constant use of the TSR logos. They pulled all the TSR pdfs and tried to memoryhole the old TSR stuff prior to the release of 4e. Selling TSR stuff was years later.
